Noise Annoyance is a Real Problem, for both Health and Quality of Life

We need silence in our daily lives; it “…allows us to be much more balanced in the way that we relate to the world, much more conscious.”

Humans, and all animals, are hard-wired to be stressed by noise. “All of our hearing apparatus originally developed as an early warning system. When sound is loud, we brace ourselves against noise protectively.”‘s UK branch posted a good article by David Hillier, about the health impacts of noise.
